Making a bequest may be as simple as adding a statement such as:
"I bequeath the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000), free of all duties, to the Kingston Community Foundation. The receipt of the treasurer, or other proper officer, for the time being, shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the Executor/s."
